I see clients of all ages/faiths/races/ethnicities, individuals, partners, and families. I am EMDR certified through EMDRIA, trauma certified, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence supporting, and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider. I have 26 years of experience and am skilled in working with OCD, intrusive thoughts, depression, anxiety, trauma, complex grief, PTSD and complex PTSD, gender identity issues, sexual identity issues, workplace trauma, marital issues, divorce care, phase of life issues, neurodivergence/neurospicey, bipolar, ADHD, RSD, personality disorders, mood disorders, and relationship issues.

All sessions are 1 hour in length and are provided via telehealth. note that I do not offer in-person sessions. I accept many insurance plans (see below), most major credit cards, and take a limited number of sliding scale clients (subject to availability).

I am licensed in Washington and Oregon. All insurance billing runs through Headway, where I accept Providence, United (Optum), Oscar, Oxford, Carelon, Aetna, Ambetter, Regence BCBS of Oregon, Cigna, BCBS Massachusetts, Premera Blue Cross of Washington, and Regence BlueShield of Washington.
